2021 is a new year with new opportunities to grow in your career! To help diversify the talent pipeline, we’re hosting a session for underrepresented talent in tech to get insider tips on landing your next job in management. The session will focus on how to create a 90-day plan to articulate your vision for managing a team as you interview for positions either in your current organization or at a new company. Being able to express how you plan to lead can help set yourself aside from the competition, making you better positioned to land that job! This session will be led by executive recruiter, Billy Fowler.
Participants will walk away understanding:
- How to create an interview-ready 90 day plan for managers
- Strategies to navigate the post-pandemic job market
- Understanding readiness traits for your next managerial or director level position
- And more!
